Kevin M. Brown, AIF, MBA, CTFA
Kevin is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), specializing in Investment Portfolio Management, plan design and Compliance Monitoring of Qualified Retirement Plans. Kevin is a graduate of Clemson University (1993) where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management. He also earned his MBA from LaSalle University in 2001, with a concentration in Finance. He has been serving his clients in the financial services industry since 1995, where he has spent time as a Portfolio Manager for two bank trust departments, a Plan Design Consultant for a Third Party Administrator and as an Investment Advisor Representative. Kevin is multi-licensed in life insurance, health insurance, annuities, and securities in 11 states, where he manages client accounts across the country. He currently holds Series 6, 7, 63 & 65 Investment Registrations. In his free time, Kevin loves spending time with his wife Amy, and his three children, Brandon, Griffin & Tyler. His hobbies are golfing, fishing and watching his boys play sports.

Robert E. Baxter, CLU, ChFC
Bobby majored in biology at Wilmington College (1961-1965). He began his career in the financial services industry in October 1965 and served in the North Carolina Army National Guard from 1965 to 1974. Bobby was an investment advisor representative, multi-licensed in life insurance, health insurance, annuities, and securities*, and was a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). He completed his CLU and ChFC coursework through the American College in 1980 and 1989 respectively. Bobby was a Life Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table and a member of both the Society of Financial Services Professionals and the Financial Planning Association. He was also an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Charleston and the St. Andrew's Rotary Club. Bobby was an avid fisherman and loved being on the water. He also volunteered at his church and played the clarinet. Bobby retired from the firm in 2016, but his legacy remains a part of our firm, and in the principles we maintain today.
